Today was the first day of the first ever 'Impfest.' That's right, John has decided to put on his own improv festival at the theater! The very first group on the menu, er, roster? Anomaly Orange! We met at the theater early(ish) to get some stage time so as to work some of the kinks out of the format, and then when it was time to warm up we went out the back way and across the back parking lot to the little park on the corner and warmed up on this weird concrete circle thingy that's out there. It was a blast, we got crazy loud! We kicked off the festival with a bang (literally. I tripped and re-injured my stupid ankle and shin that I hurt going down the stairs a couple weeks ago. It's not as bad as it was then.) and we get to perform again tomorrow. I can't wait!
