Cheers!

Jason, Leigha and I had a pretty chill day. We ran a few errands but nothing terribly intense. It was great to sleep in a bit. I love Summer and being able to do our own thing at our own pace. Tonight's rehearsal was also really low key. We were down to four people tonight so we did some mirror excercises and talked about the plan for the troupe's future. One thing we all agree on is that we need some new people to flesh out the group a little, especially now that Zak is gone. (Miss you, buddy!) We decided the best thing we could do to help the discussion process was to go out for a post-rehearsal beer. Yay! If there's one thing in this world I love, it's the post-rehearsal beer. It's not about the drink. It's about the coming together of minds and discussing this thing that we all love mutually and have completely different ways of approaching, and in the end, it's all about what works for you. Very few things in life work out that way. Improv is seriously hippy dippy when you think about it.........Oh well. Hippies brought us Ben and Jerry's so they can't be THAT bad I guess.
